I purchased 3 of these to 'cover' a darker area at the rear of my house - I use the sensor-only [mode #1] for the unit on the lower patio where my daughter parks her motorcycle; at the top of the steps to the kitchen door I have a 2nd unit set for 'slight light + sensor' [mode #2]; & the 3rd unit is placed above the kitchen door in mode #1. Great value for money, and the motion-sensor also has remarkable range for the compact size of the unit. The front of my house is fairly evenly lit by a nearby streetlight, otherwise I would have purchased a few more units for that area as well.
