The temperature max is 200°c, it has some plastic odor at the beginning but if you use it without food let's say for 15 minutes at 200° weather will slowly fade away. it has a learning curve but I think it will be great addition to my kitchen. I'm a little concerned about the power consumption, I'll get back when I have more information.
