the shipping took a lot of time since the product wasn't available but the delivery was very fast. The printer is easy to assemble and the print quality is fantastic also the auto leveling is good.

the printer seems to be used before also I didn’t find the SD card!!!!

Seems to be working pretty well so far. I have printed 2 parts so far ( 1 is actually still printing and is almost done!) I was going to give this product a 4 star possibly even 3 stars because, for some crazy reason the product did not ship with an 8 GB SD card with the software needed to use the printer ( which you can easily download off the internet, so NBD) but the reason that I was most disgruntled about not having the card is first of all you cannot get 8 GB cards anywhere anymore in store. So, the only solution was to order one. The most important reason is, the card is the easiest route to uploading prints or slices to the printer itself. Well I spent about 2 days trying to figure out how to create a virtual machine, and running octo print off my PC to upload and control the printer. I still have not really figured it out completely , there is a lot you can do with the software . But I would highly recommend the octoprint software also to anyone who is interested in it. So, the machine is working great, they did not even offer to send me out another 8GB SD card which, I had already ordered one anyways, but I just found it to be pretty disrespectful.
