Bought 8 total, all came with bootloader programmed and were ready to go. Silkscreen could be a little clearer, but I can't complain at $3 each! Hint: when soldering headers on, plug them into breadboard to make sure they stay aligned during soldering. And as always with headers, don't dwell with the soldering iron too long. Heat the pin with the iron for 3-4 seconds and touch the solder to the other side of the pin to get a good solder joint. Never load up the iron tip with solder and just jab at it, you just end up with a "cold" solder joint. Each pin should not take more than 5 seconds.
