Easy enough to be put together by a less experienced electronics hobbyist. The PCB is OK, The case and knobs is adequate. The operation and performance is as expected. The value for the price is good. The two smaller electrolytic capacitors are too tall to be soldered straight up. I noticed this too late and had to tilt them as much as my already cut wires allowed. I assume the smaller screws are supposed to be used to fix the PCB in the case bottom plate, but they are way too short for that purpose. I used longer screws and spacers I had instead. The longer screws are barely long enough to keep the case together. The user should also note that although the output has "GND" the signal is centered around mid of the supply voltage. I used a 9V battery in my tests so my sine signal was around 4.5 volts. You can use only roughly 1/3 of the amplitude adjustment before the signal starts to cut.
