The shipment in Italy was a pain ! Ordered on 16/11/12 Delivered on 15/1/2020 therefore almost 2 months delivery time. The prevision was 7/35 days delivery. I was close to ask a reimbursement for failed delivery. The tracking was painful ! A lot of information for the packaging and shipment organization, no information useful for the final user for most of the time like : "in Transit" or "Already handed over to airlines for transportation" , little information close to the delivery.
