This item works great. Fairly easy setup, although it did not work 1st time for me ( but I've had problems with other wifi stuff in my house), but once I got it going, it works perfectly.. Timer function works well too. I can turn something on /off from around the house, or anywhere I have cellular service. Just a suggestion... if you need to control something larger ( A/C unit, Pool pump etc), you could just connect a 120v relay to the output, and feed the contacts from the hot input line. I bought a 2nd one and probably will get a few more. It would be nice if they were dimmable, or had a dimmable version, and also nice if it would turn on/off when a load is connected/turned on/off like a table lamp so you don't have to press the push button on this device. (x10 products do this). Overall - I love it.
