I also have the DQG Tiny AAA IV (SKU135094), which is made by the same people as this light. I REALLY love that light - a good 4 lumen(ish) low, and a good 60 lumen (ish) high. Its perfect as a keychain light, and is very light and well made (apart from eating the odd o-ring). Because that light is so good, I thought I would go for this one too - its bigger, but is brighter and has a "clicky", which i prefer over "twisties". Its a great light - it IS brighter than the DQG Mini AAA IV, and it has a better "beam profile" in my opinion... and it does have a clicky.. Its a nice light "for the pocket" - its not really a "keychain" light.. Its pretty much the same size as a Thrunite Ti2, which I USED to think of as a keychain light, till I got the DQG Mini AAA. :) It has a nice spot in the middle of the beam, as it uses a proper reflector, rather than the TIR Optic like the DQG Mini AAA, and I prefer reflectors to TIR. Its a little heavy, so i suggest sticking in AAA Lithium Primary (L92) batteries as they are very light. The clicky mechanism sticks a little sometimes, but works nicely most of the time. The 3 modes it has are quite nice - 7ish lumen low, 70-80ish lumen Medium, and 120-140 lumen high. Perfect for any tasks you could think of. I use the "medium" mode most of the time, as it gives good runtimes and is plenty bright enough. Overall I am happy with this flashlight, and it will sit in my coat pocket from now on due to its brightness.
