The paper kit is very small. It can not be smaller, it's smaller than 1/4 of your arm pad. Paper sheets inside are packeted in plastic wrap. I have used it for measuring my RO water permeate - I got the result between 6 and 7. On my opinion it's ok but the prescription to my RO filter says it should be around 5. So, this method of measuring is not presize. But you get what you paid for - reasonably cheap (there is cheaper), light and simple way to measure pH.
