No instructions. I had to go on YouTube to see how similar miters were assembled. __Using the angle/degree notches did not provide accurate fence placements. There is slop between the notch and groove. On similar miters there are some adjustment screws to adjust the fence angle to the track. This unit had the screws but they were too short. The screws would not hit the fence flat surface but instead they went into the fence track. I was able to adjust the fence to a fairly accurate angle by using a square and tightening down the handle. __The unit is OK for the price but is a hassle to set the fence angles. If you don’t change cutting angles often this is a passable product for the price.
