with the Rubycon brand printed on them.
420uF @ DC,
389uF @ 1khz & 0.05 Ohm ESR and
16.11uF @ 100Khz & 1 to 0.05 Ohm ESR...
Rubicon ZLH Specs give a 0.039 Ohm ESR @ 1kHz
They definitely are low ESR capacitors though.
