l maked the connection as in the manual(30A type). 12V system is good(Verified). but, 24v system is trouble. 24v sign OK(controller). 1 hour later,controller is very hot(Hot enough not to touch). connected 24v type inverter no action. my solar panel is 200w X 2panel=400w( parallel connection) my battery is 12v X 12v =24v(series connection ) please return answer.

epinoa It says in the info above that the max is 240W worth of solar panels. You have 400W. No wonder it gets hot.
