I do not know what application it is to have does not mute the keyboard even a little located under the switches, but it was free for the keyboard it only stupid would not use.

Doesn't feel like it does anything in RK98. Might do something on other keyboard that has the switch pressed up against the board more tightly. Still, it was free with the keyboard so I'll take it. At least the cutting is precise enough to not block the holes.
