Reply 05/08/2017mgwerner please tell me, how did you measure what? a 12V battery? I also was very interested in the TRUE power rating of the module.Assuming you live in the northern hemisphere (summer), could you - around noon, 90° to full sunlight - measure the short circuit current AND the open circuit voltage? Thanks a lot, michael
Reply 06/08/2017mgwerner ...as for 3W it was rather too expensive...
Reply 06/08/2017mgwerner oh, deleted the rest of my post, again:Could you tell me please: short circuit current and open circuit voltage, measured around noon (summer) at 90° supposed to full sunlight!?Thanks a lot, michael

Reply 06/08/2017Eric Problem is... most people need to messure.Poly panels are good for Florida or dessert, they will work great. If you live in Germany, Neterlands, Denmark, you need MONO panels.and because of cloudy weather most of the time, you need DOUBLE the amps for normal use.Example: you need 4 amps to charge someting> You need in Netherlands 8 real amp on a MONO panel, for a year round charching at 4 amps.
Reply 12/02/2018Eric In North Europe you get most of the time half of the amps of a Mono panel in the winter with 6 hours of daylight. In the summer is it Always enough.
