The DC booster arrived defective and apparently it is not possible to contact customer service. The item no longer appears in the search, so I cannot select it to start a chat. Also, the app does not allow pictures despite having all the permissions granted. Therefore, it is not possible to contact without a picture. The cable to the fan was busy, I noticed it too late and then it burned, causing damage to my devices. Money back or repair? It is not offered, at least a credit would be very nice. I have a damage of around 98 euros here because of a defective device.

Der Gleichstrom Booster kam defekt an und ein Kontakt zum Kundenservice ist offenbar nicht möglich, In der Suche wird der Artikel nicht mehr angezeigt so das ich diesen nicht auswählen kann um ein Chat zu starten, auch, lässt die App keine Bilder zu trotz das alle Berechtigung erteilt sind. So ist ohne Bild ebenfalls kein Kontakt möglich. Das Kabel zum Lüfter war Beschäftigt ich habe es zu spät bemerkte und dann ist es Verbrannt, dabei habe ich mit meine Geräte zerstört. Geld-Zurück oder Reparatur? Es wird nicht angeboten, Wenigstens eine Gutschrift wäre ja sehr nett. Ich habe hier mit ein Schaden von Rund 98 Euro wegen eines Defekten Gerätes.
