In full sun I measured 20.5V open circuit and 0.107A short circuit. Many people probably multiply those numbers together to get 2.2W which isn't correct. With a 54Ohm power resistor I measured only 5v at 0.099A which comes out to 0.2W. The real world output is 10% of their claim. The panel also has a divot in it that looks like there was either a bubble or void during the resin casting process. There is a lot more space between cells than I’ve seen in other panels.
