The soldering iron is OK, heats rather quickly although I cannot measure the temperature precision, but the cord is a bit too short to feel really comfortable. The desoldering irn, on the other hand, seems to not work properly: I selected temp = 220°C and tried to melt some weld (fusion tip 183°C) with absolutely no success. The weld looks softened but doesn't display any drop. I then tried to burn some soft wood (same settings): absolutely no stain and I almost can direct the airflow straight to my hand with no harm! Any chance to fix this?
