These are exactly the same as the small 7-28V to 5V 3A step down boards (ID 1561050), just with JST wires and heatshrink. They work very well, efficient and reliable (barely heat up stepping down a 3S LiPo to ~1.5A 5V output) and the voltage is set accurately from the factory, but getting the bare boards is likely a much better deal for most.
