Used capacitor, of poor quality, and not to inform the manufacturer, very different from the advertised.

clearly a used capacitor as other reviewer stated, there are sanding marks, glue residue and obvious marks where the connection bars were already pressed on and pulled off, the bar included has a rivet in it with a cut wire under it. also not as pictured, the photos show the connection studs with nicely welded joints and the fill port (i think that's what it is next to the negative stud) is also welded nicely shut. the one i received has no welds, the studs are molded in and the fill thingy is not welded, it has a flathead screw closing it. not labeled at all either. i do not know if it is still within spec as i have not tested it yet but i did not buy a used capacitor so even if it is still within spec, i'm not happy.
