I was worried about damage in shipping but it was shipped in foam in a separate cardboard box with protective film over display so arrived in perfect condition. WARNING - pushing on the touch screen may cause metal surround on LCD to short to pin headers on the edge of the PCB; I inserted some tape on each side to prevent this. Using a mega2560 I couldn't get past a white screen for some time despite trying lots of different libraries. NOTE: when configuring libraries, the controller is a ILI9325. I eventually rewrote a library using the datasheet and now have it working well, including touch screen and loading images from the SD card. I suspect it would run out of the box on an Uno as most of what I had to do was tweaking stuff for the Mega2560 (and the ILI9325).
