I checked the voltage output and I was getting 12volts. I haven't measured the amperage yet but I doubt it will produce what is stated. It's very thin and flexible by the way. It appeared to be cheap at first look after I removed it from the box.

Great price works fine, only worry is about really bad weather and leaving it out during hail storms or very strong winds. But for the price you can easily but another.
