received the wood burning pen on your site it said 220v-240v 30w but received the 120v-130v this does not work in Australia, used the adaptor which was ok and plugged in the burning pen, warmed up for a couple of minutes then cooled down would not heat properly ended up being not usable. Please if you state voltages make sure they suit the country you send them to. What am I to do now? everything ok but the pen is useless.
