I use it with CNC 3018, I have it and it's working really well. You connect the XH2.54-3P to the board of the CNC, be aware of the cables color, it's red,black,yellow, both ends needs to be the same (my came different)

tomse Thanks for the info. How much can your CNC power supply deliver as the laser requires 3A, and the controller/steppers drain some as well.
