Pros: illumination with this is very soft and shadowless (take a look at my pictures). Also it's light and easy to mount the camera. Cons: bad design. Inner hole for camera is 75mm of diameter, so it's difficult to mount a lens about 70mm, and 80mm is almost impossible. Beyon that, totally impossible without breaking something, softbox for sure. Also, if the height of your flash it's more than 21cm from lens' center, you can't fit it in the softbox, so you'll lost light or even you can't use it. Maybe if you mod it a little or use some adpaters you can put the flahs on the left side with a grip so it's more comfortable. And the price it's very fair for what you get, just keep in mind pros and cons.
