The panels work fine and produce a good 5V when in full sunlight. Though their power output (max 100mA) is a bit low. The panel needs a lot of sunlight to reach the power levels. Unfortunately, seen that we frequently have cloudy weather, this panel is a bit under powered. Solved this by just bundling two panels together instead of using 1 panel to feed the project. If your location has loads of direct sunlight, this works fine. Otherwise, go for the 200mA (1W) or higher versions!
