It seems to be 2-UV (not disinfecting, like a club UV), LEDs and 1 UV-C that seems to be the correct color and type. Don't have a way to test it out really, but will hope they weren't lying! Does light up!

interesting product. the UVC output from the UVC LED is very low. but that is expected. this is designed for a long exposure. the packaging was kind of bad. it was just in a thin plastic package. So one arrived broken but banggood sent me replacement. Another one was a bit dented but worked.
