This product worked fine for me, however potential buyers should take note of the following points; *You need 4 of these boards to create a circular clock face *The RGBW LEDs used are based on the SK6812 controller IC ---There is no FastLED library support for this controller at the time of this writing, but search for FastLed+SK6812+hack and you will find a (incomplete) patch that works with FastLED. NeoPixel library and others support this controller directly. *The assembly/PCB boards have been made with a slight oversight ~ when 4 of these are assembled into a clock face (60 leds), most all example code & libraries available will see the clock display running counter-clockwise. ---To work around this design flaw, you will have to do it in software and reverse the order you draw your LED array...ie; in the clock situation where numLEDS=60, you will need do something like actualLED=map(0, 60, 60, 0) to get the clockwise direction. Good looking product, well finished & made... just a crying shame with the design oversight mentioned above, as it's bound to cause some disappointment to those new to the maker scene.

Have to order +3 again to create the circle, only 1/4 of the whole circle in a orden, so order 4 for the whole 60 led ring!

When I ordered this item I was in a hurry , and I did not notice it was ONLY 1/4 of a circle . When I got it , I was a bit disappointed thinking of a mistake....there were 3 parts missing, but it was clear I made the mistake and....NOW it is a colorful LED smile lamp , and it's working good , exactly as expected !!!

I also did not read the description properly. This is indeed 1/4 of a ring. You need to buy 4 to get a circle. That said the item is exactly as advertised.
