Fast shipping to the US. Had an issue with the shipping choice, so Banggood customer service immediately contacted me and gave me the option to change my method of shipping or to refund. I still wanted to receive my product, so I chose to proceed with the shipping change option. I was concerned about the power voltage as well as the plug. Thankfully, it works with US outlets (110v) and the plug is a US-standard plug with an adaptor. I just tried it now and it works well. Instructions are in Chinese, so if you have Google Translate on your phone and use the instant translation, it helps a lot. One note though… don’t use the lid while the wash is going on, because if water gets inside the electronics of the washer, you’re going to damage it.
