I am, to say the least, very upset. I bought 14mm brake master cylinders. I spent two days trying to get brake pressure , to no avail, and I have been repairing/restoring bikes for 57 years! I opened up the one master cylinder and it was 12.7mm [1/2 inch] I wouldn't have ordered 14mm if I had wanted 12.7mm. Its not good at all, and it seems that I am not the first person that this has happened to. Something needs to be done about your service
