A short test containing many files and directories of all sizes (7.5 GB in all) reveals a writing speed around 1.4 MByte/s. As far as I get it, that is below class 2? Reading it all back runs at 17 MB/s! The actual device says LCZ1704M. Made in Taiwan. I have not yet found it on the web. No class indication is visible! Formatted capacity is in the order of 7,5 GB. I can use it, but maybe BG got them a little too cheap?
