A must have for every soldering tool kit. And you can't complain about the price. Even when you are using a good quality solder sucker you often get pins that retain a small amount of solder on the side of the board away from the pad you are using the solder sucker on. This makes it very difficult to remove objects that have multiple pins. Using this tool you just heat with your soldering iron and place over the pin and push down through the board. Its Stainless steel so the solder won't stick and it separates the pin from the through hole in the board. Repeat across all the pins on the chip you are removing and the chip will just fall out. Excellent product and so cheap.
