No instruction manual insight the box. After the installation in your power board, you MUST to setup the meter. If you NOT setup the meter, you have NO POWER in your home! You press and hold M BUTTON, and then you press M BUTTON again many times till the last meter option. After that, automatically unblock the power and all is ready! If you want to change any option, you do the same setup. You have not to worry, the meter you don't block the power if you setup again. I'm very pleased with the meter. Works as expected!
