this is probably one of the best 26650 flashlights I have. the modes are great and so is the brightness.

The contacts do not make a proper connection with the battery. So, therefore, it will not charge the battery. Only if I tighten threads extremely tightly, does it appear to charge the battery. There are no proper instructions on how to operate the flashlight. Sometimes it goes from High to strobe and then other times it goes from high to low. Also, I don't it is a 1000 lumens. I have an 800 lumen flashlight which is brighter.
