much lags. my previous wireless keyboard worked without any lags. the rest nice, but what if the main function poor.

Received on 29th Nov. 2023, initial few days it was fine, but then the keys started stucking, The stucking of keys got increasing and often when we press the key, it will not remain pressed and stuck and will not retract, it was getting very difficult for typing. raised the issue with the seller in march 2024 but seller says the time is over 90days, it is no longer under warranty, so they cannot help and offered to give me 1000 BG points. The seller response simply implies that i would have to discard product after 90 days, i rejected the BG points offer, however, now, the keyboard has stopped working completely, its not even the cell drain issue, i checked by replacing with new cells. They didn't provide any further help and the ticket is closed. The product is now a scrap in just 4 months of purchase and bought for over 33usd. Very much disappointed and a terrible experience guys.
