This circuit use a fake cp2102. It works but never ties 3.3v devices on it as it will fries them (4.4v output). Lot of ringing on output also. Otherwise work at basic uart/ttl for arduino but not better.

Mavi You need to cut one of the traces (google: CP2102 - 4.24V output) after that the output is 3.3V and it finally communicates normally with the Win10.
