Item received in perfect condition. I planned to use it with a cordless 12V drill, which has as a power source, a 12V/1300mAh Li-Ion battery and its speed regulator was damaged. I noticed that with its own fully charged battery the drill cannot reach full speed because the speed regulator dissipates about 2V for its own use. I connected it with a bench power supply regulated at 13.8V DC and it worked perfectly.
