I ordered on january 3rd it left on the 7th jan 18th so it arrived in a very good time in exactly 2 weeks.I told them to make sure it was fast complete neat and well packaged before ordering just the package was mediocre.When I received the box was crushed and opened in the bag.end 1 of the ones had a coating problem on the end and dirt I cleaned it up.The ends and punctuation device are fine too.Despite what I said you deserve 5 stars. (Exceptional - Sorry to delay approval of your delivery. God bless the families of those of you who died in the plague and our people who died in the earthquake
