I ordered 2 vacuum cleaners. 1 perfect. The other brings inside the box a piece broken in pieces. I can't vacuum without that piece. I need a new part, or a complete replacement, whatever the seller chooses.

The mini vacuum cleaner came in time and in a perfect condition. It has a very good suction power and performance. It is really small and handy. The valve inside came off as I used it for the first time, so it needed a small fix.

Quick drop off (from purchase to arrival took 4 days). The packaging came damaged, but the inside looks intact. From the first impression, it seems to have been a good purchase option.

Very smal cleaner,perfect for cleaning my workingdesk.The suction is perfect,not too much so you can clean beside smaler things but very well for cablesplits,grinding dust from Dremel works and so on.It is less noisy than my big household cleaner so it`s very comfortable.I am using the cleaner now for a couple of days and I am satisfied.It is a bit tricky to clean the dustchamber withoutsome dirt is comming out of the suction side.I am using compressed air cleaning the hepa filter outside of the front door so this is no problem,specially for the very fine grinding dust.It is recommended that you use the delivered charging cable so you can see on an built in LED at the USB A conector (which is also a built in charging controll) if it`s fully loaded..Charging time with this method is about 3 to 5 houres.I use my own,selfemade charging port which reduces the time to 1 hour.The built in batteries are 18650 cells but not ones with the power adverted,but nothing bad at all (but nevertheless I changed them to Samsung cells).As a summary it is a well recommended product.
