mibome @Alehandro015 Ibought the separate battery compartment in the next best electronics shop, not with Banggood. It is a standard battery compartment for two 18650 batteries in series connection to achieve the required 7 something Volt.

mibome @Alehandro015 Anytwo standard 18650 batteries will do, the capacity is not really relevant because anything is better than those useless batteries that came with the car. In my case I am using relatively good quality batteries with a capacity of 2300 mAh which make the car run endlessly. I charge them with a standard high quality battery charger for 18650 cells. Banggood is full of them.

BG251112112 Ich habe die Akkus ersetzt .. auch mit 2x 18650 Akkus (jeweils 3,6v) … wenn ich aber die Richtung wechsle während das Auto noch in die Gegenrichtung fährt (zum bremsen sozusagen) ist die Stromzufuhr unterbrochen und ich muss es ab und anschalten .. das wiederholt sich .. egal ob vor- und im Anschluss rückwärts oder umgekehrt .. irgendeinen Tipp?

Thankyou for the tipp, with changing the batteries to 18650.
I've done the modification in the same way, but when changing the direction of the car (like stopping/braking the car).. the power supply of the car is shutting down. I have to do a "reset" (power off an on again) that it works. if I just drive in one direction (only forward or backwards) it's working. no clue what's wrong.. I'm using two 3400MAH / 3,6V / 12.24wh 18650 rechargeable batteries . Any ideas? thank you!

@BG251112112 Same here, but already with the three batteries delivered with the car.
If you put the forward or rear gear fast enough the cut of is not taking place on my side. But sometimes it is occuring also here, but with the "trick" above less times...
