Very good customer service! I had problems with my delivery, first time it got lost even before being sent, second time Brazilian post service had issues delivering and it was returned to sender and store sent to me once again to arrive really fast. It did take a really long time to me to get it because of the issues but I can understand that, usually it doesn't take so long as when they sent this one that did arrive, but it is half way around the globe so we can have problems.. Besides that, the plane is awesome, it is really easy to fly and perfect to learn how to fly an rc airplane! It is so light that you can go crash down many time while learning without damaging the plane, but at the same time you can't fly if the wind is blowing, it can handle light wind maximum medium to light probably, but rather than that it perfect to fly and learn how to make you tricks! Best buy ever!
