It is difficult to rate this because though the fan seems to be of very good quality it is worthless without the inner locking part. If I had known that there was no mounting part included I would have never purchased it! Banggood you need to explain that the fan by itself is exactly that a fan by itself! so now I have 2 fans that are worthless! where do I buy the inside mounting part?
