Bought the 6000W model, but arrived in 110V-60Hz, unusable in Europe (except Great-Britain). No switch or 110-200v switch. Impossible to switch to 220V-50Hz (European standards as a whole). Yet product sold on the site of Banggood and transported from a European country (Czecoslovakia), but impossible to return to be reimbursed. It has to be shipped to China!!!!!! Abnormal. To Escape!

Acheté le modèle 6000W, mais est arrivé en 110V-60Hz, inutilisable en Europe (Sauf Great-Britain). Pas de communtateur ou sélecteur 110-200v. Impossible de passer en 220V-50Hz (Normes Européennes dans l'ensemble). Pourtant produit vendu sur le site de Banggood et transporté d'un pays Européen (Tchécoslovaquie), mais retour impossible pour se faire rembourser. Il faut expédier en Chine !!!!!! Anormal. A Fuir!

I bought 2 12v 6000w inverters, the first purchase is regular 12v 6000w 220v. Today is Saturday, March 30, 2024. I opened the second purchase and saw that it is 12v 6000w but with 110v output. How can we solve the problem? As I believe you understood, I live in Italy, and in Italy, we only have 220v as the current. I await your response. Best regards!!!
