Too small for my unisaw to rip thin strips. The bearings don't get closer than a 3/4 of inch to blade even with the holes set farthest out

BG341913513 there is a new thin rip guide that is longer. I guess they realized they were selling a product that wasn't tested and ready for market. I am requesting a replacement for the longer one . I just purchased the this unit with couple weeks. The company seems not to grant my request of a replacement which I guess means buyer beware. not the type of business practice that I'm used to in the states. g
