It is what I ordered but What do I do for an adapter to American current instead of your current?

BG145322342 it came in on time but the only thing I have against it was it didn't have instructions in English on how to hook it up. I still haven't figured it out! I need instructions in English and an adapter to American power outlet which it didn't come with it.
