The product did not work properly. After a lot of mailing back and forth with the seller he agreed to a return shipment that we had to pay ourselves in advance. Meanwhile we went on leave and now see that the conversation is closed.

Het product werkte niet naar behoren. Na veel heen en weer gemail met de verkoper ging hij akkoord met een terugzending die we zelf moesten vooruitbetalen. Wij gingen ondertussen met verlof en zien nu dat het gesprek afgesloten is.
