Looks okay. Quite a lot of play between the bearings and hubs, I might have to disassemble and add glue to reduce the clearances. The gear ratio is about 1.8:1 in the "differential" Also note, it is not actually a differential, but rather a straight axle. The input shaft's bearing is not a sealed bearing, so sand could easily get in and cease the bearing
