Seems like a good charger. Just 2 standard ones in one unit. Better discharge rate than others. However, the left side fan, as noted on the pics, is not there. It is just a vented opening. The 2 output fans on the right side of the unit are there though. Seems odd for them to take the input fan out the unit though as now there is no through-flow.
