I just got two of these as gifts and tested them to be sure they functioned correctly. Both performed identical, with excellent maneuverability without being too fast. Very controllable with time to think. Flips were easily performed in a room with an 8' ceiling height. With little practice, I was getting flips with less than 12" of drop. Due to the limited forward speed these are excellent for developing your coordinated turning skills. Which also means they are less suited for outdoors. The bottom line is, I would by more for gifts.
