Light is quite bright but be careful when ordering as even though the first picture shows a remote control you have to select the picture in the product description, when ordering, of the one with the remote (there are 2 pictures - one has the remote and the other doesn't). I didn't see the two pictures and just added it to my cart and received the one without the remote control which was really annoying as I specifically wanted the one with the remote control.
