I purchased one of these kits from Banggood at a very good price. There are many places to purchase this same item online, but Banggood has the best price. This module is not only for the Arduino. I have been using it with the PicAxe 08M2 and it works great. Assembling the module is easy, just make sure you do a good job soldering. I have learned a lot getting this module to work and it has been a great experience. Thanks Banggood, I have just ordered another one!
